At Naiskin, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Opened sachets or boxes

  • Used products

  • Complimentary gifts or promotional items

How to Request a Return

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
